Hello everyone…

As we all know, our world is filled with stress, frustration, insecurities and helplessness, because of which I have decided to use my time for the betterment of people by enabling them to attain a good quality of life. We can also gain this knowledge digitally.

I am Sridhar Chandra Panda, from a middle class family and completed my education from government High school and college in a small town of Odisha. 

My parents were poor but educated and hardworking, but always struggling financially. Always advised me to study hard for getting a good job. The middle class families always struggle in debt. So I taught first that I will not borrow money from anyone. My father was a very honest man. So honesty is my first policy. 

After completion of my graduation I got a government job and after completion of my 37 yrs of services I retired from State Police Hdqrs, Cuttack, Odisha during the year 2022. During the long service period I gained much experience from the common people, and from the so called aristocrats about the living life. 

Now I feel lack of energy, positivity, interest, honesty , enthusiasm, working capacity, correct attitude with our younger generation. Many of them are running to get the job but not interested to do a startup. 

I decided to help them who are interested to get success in their life and to start their own startup. I will help also to those people who are already in their business and interested to grow their business digitally. Because now a days the world is becoming digital. 

As your mental health and behavioral coach, I help you in maintaining a good balance between work life and happiness as well as relationships. I will also help you in relieving stress and reviving your confidence. I will help you change your mind-set by breaking social stigmas and live a fulfilled and satisfied life.  

My goal in life is to help people with their daily issues and help make this world a better place through spreading awareness on various social issues such as unemployment, corruption, lack of enthusiasm, positive thoughts, correct attitude, honesty, among the youths.  We can solve these problems through digital platforms.

To achieve this goal, I am trying my level best and will need your support.
